Northern Saskatchewan Independent Living Center

Location: Saskatoon,
SASKATCHEWAN

The North Saskatchewan Independent Living Centre is a non-profit, charitable, community-based corporation. NSILC started in 1991 and is one of the 25 such centres across Canada that promotes the independence of people with disabilities. As people with disabilities in Canada are more likely to experience poverty than those without disabilities, a lot of our clients are in need of basic products such as hygiene items.
Our Vision
NSILC envisions an inclusive and accessible society where people with disabilities are valued equally and participate fully.
Our Mission
NSILC supports and encourages people with disabilities to lead independent lives by providing education and services that foster an inclusive society.
