Elizabeth Fry Toronto is a charitable organization focused on helping women break the cycles of criminalization and victimization.  For 66 years, our agency has offered support services, transitional housing, and rehabilitation services to help women create meaningful change in their lives for the benefit of themselves, their families and communities.

We advocate for alternatives to the criminal justice system and educate the public about the challenging realities of women who are in conflict with the law.
Our programs provide early stages of intervention and healing helping women gain new capacities and skills to successfully reintegrate into the community after a term of imprisonment and avoid future contact with the criminal justice system.
